The house I live in is really simple and superb in so many aspects: I am living in a separate rented house. It has single open storey and a outdoor cctv camera security system. There is no room built on it. I am residing here for the past 12 years. When I came to this house I started to pay just 150 dollars and now I pay exactly 400 dollars in Indian rupee. It has a small portico on which I will be keeping my two numbers of two wheelers. There is a 10×10 hall. There we will be eating and sleeping during summer. Then there is one bed room without attached bath room and one office room. I live with my wife and 13 years old son here. Water facility is good with water bore facility. So there is no problem for water even in summer. There is no chance for any kind of house owner’s unnecessary obstacles and meddlesome activities. He is a hundred percent gentleman. I gave just 1000 dollars in Indian money as advance. Every three years once he will paint my house and renovate all electrical and plumbing works. I have four fans in my house and out of which three was fixed by my house owner for my extra convenience.
