Massages I Enjoy
I used to go to the spa for massages all the time. That’s because my body aches so often. Having to work in the office the whole day really causes your muscles to get so stiff. It really makes you feel so tired.
I love having massages. I’ve tried different types of massages from different cultures. Swedish massage is really relaxing. When I tried swedish massage, it really made me so relaxed that I fell asleep while the massage therapist was at work on my aching body.
Javanese massage is just as relaxing too. Javanese massage is pretty cool because while it is relaxing, the massage therapist uses a little more strength than swedish massage and you can feel your knots in your body being forced out of your system.
Thai massage, on the other hand, is hard stuff. It can get pretty painful at times as the thai masseuse stretches your limbs and cracks your bones as she contours your bodies in different angles and positions. This is definitely not for the faint hearted.
But when I don’t go to the massage therapist, I rely on my shiatsu massager. It relieves stress from my body without having me to burn more holes in my wallet.
